Setting up and maintaining a regular Reiki practice.

You have an attunement, now what? You’ve been attuned for years, but you don’t practice, and use Reiki sporadically? How do you build a healing current for yourself and continue to grow with Reiki?

These are great questions and I’m here to help!

This unique 7-month online program, with Scott K Smith, is suitable for Reiki 1 and beyond, familiar with the Usui-styled Reiki practice.

On or around the new moon of each month we will establish a set of practices, discuss topics, and pass Reiki to ourselves and others.

Topics include:

1. Introduction + Reiki and meditation.
   Learn the core concepts of approach to this class and materials, and a meditation process for Reiki connection and practice, in, and outside of healing.
2. Letting Reiki be the guide.
   Letting go and allowing the energy to do the work, following rather than leading.
3. Self-Treatment, anatomy and other bits.
   How and why we treat ourselves as part of a process of growth and learning, and additional information.
4. Consent in Reiki and energy practices, review of materials strengthening practices.
   Asking before we send, connecting with recipients, and modeling communication with others, and ourselves.
5. Practices: Breath, the subtle body, the pillars of Reiki.
   Brining it all together, the pillars of Reiki, energy, the subtle body, and breathwork.
6. Developing intuition with Reiki and complimentary practices
   How intuition is developed, deep journeys, learning with Reiki.
7. Round up, Q&A, online empowerment.
   Final class, open forum, group empowerment and Reiki share online.

Class Dates

Attendance is not required, there is no homework, and the work is on you. Recordings are available for viewing online for 6-months after the course, are not given as downloads as the materials are developmental and used for future classes.
