I believe the potential for health is inherent in our body and mind. My job is to create the space, and facilitate your entry into that healing consciousness.

My massage is relaxation and meditative focused with elements of energy work, slower progressions, holds, rests, breath. I do not do sports massage or intense deep tissue work.

• Massage: $70, 1-hr – A gentle, assisted relaxation, massage, with organic lotion, essential oils.
• Massage + Energy Combination: $125, 90-minutes – a Combination of any energy therapy, Usui and HolyFire are recommended, with some massage.
• Pre-book and pay for 5 or more sessions for a 10% discount

Energy Center Tuning – $25 (add on) – I also work with Plant Therapy essential oils for work on energy centers, we can complete any session with a 20 minute 7-chakra, essential oil application and energy work. Some light energy work, but mostly balancing and oil application (will require removal of some clothing).
