Sometimes it’s not all high vibes and good feelings!

When we feel the heaviness, what do we do? I like to start with a conversation with myself, the stars, and sometimes the weather to ask what I feel, check in on what’s happened, and understand what I can do about it.

In this video I riff on magick, energy, and feeling.

Sometimes we do want to go high, and get higher to get perspective, but sometimes we need to go heavy, and hold what is, to grasp how it can be shifted. The power of Reiki may give us insight, and create movement for our best, but the power of the witch may illuminate how best we can twist, and create cunning, and loving changes we need.
